4. Engagement and Service Delivery

Services commence upon mutual agreement documented in an engagement letter or similar written confirmation. The engagement letter specifies service scope, fees, timeline, and deliverables.

4.2 Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide complete and accurate information required for service delivery
  • Respond promptly to requests for information or clarification
  • Review deliverables and provide feedback within reasonable timeframes
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Fees and Payment

5.1 Service Fees

Our services are provided on a fixed-fee basis. Fees for each service are disclosed prior to engagement and documented in the engagement letter. All fees are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise specified.

5.2 Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in the engagement letter. Generally:

  • Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and other methods as specified
  • Late payments may incur interest charges or service suspension

5.3 Additional Work

Work beyond the defined service scope will be discussed and agreed upon separately before proceeding. Additional fees will be communicated and confirmed before such work commences.

6. Intellectual Property

10. Termination

You may terminate an engagement by providing written notice. Fees for work completed to the termination date remain payable.

10.2 Our Termination Rights

We may terminate an engagement if:

  • You fail to provide required information or cooperation
  • Payment obligations are not met
  • Continuing would violate professional obligations
  • Circumstances make it unreasonable to continue

10.3 Effects of Termination

Upon termination, we will provide work completed to date. You remain responsible for fees for services provided through the termination date.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
